Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNPen handles personal data on its website, user panel, and subscription service. Data needed for accounts and billing is handled separately from network activity; the scope of the no-logs policy is described below. Please also read the Terms of Service before using the service.
Account Data and Its Use
You can create a VPNPen account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is optional and is not a condition for account access. Account identifiers and password verification data are used to authenticate you, maintain account access, and handle account-related requests.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and necessary transaction references. They are used to confirm payment, provide the subscription, verify data allowances, and process refunds. Usage records support billing and quota displays and do not include details of websites visited.
Text or attachments submitted through a support ticket are used only to address the related issue. Do not include passwords, sensitive payment credentials, or complete subscription URLs in a ticket. Troubleshooting usually requires only the error message and a description of what happened.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNPen follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the service, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or create an access history that could be used to reconstruct an individual's network activity.
While the service is running, information needed to establish and forward connections is processed in memory. Temporary connection status is not stored persistently as historical connection logs; it is released when the connection ends, and there is no separate retention period for connection logs. Account authentication, order, and data allowance records are service management data, not browsing or connection history.
If client diagnostic information is needed for troubleshooting, the purpose will be explained in the specific request. Before submitting, review the contents and remove account credentials and subscription information unrelated to the issue.
Visit Statistics and Browser Storage
Website visit statistics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature usage so we can improve documentation and workflows. Statistics are limited to website and panel interactions; they do not extend to website content accessed through international routes. Passwords, subscription credentials, and support ticket text should not be sent to analytics systems.
Cookies and local storage are used to retain login status, language preferences, and necessary interface choices. Login credentials must be stored in the browser so the panel can recognize subsequent actions. Avoid keeping a login session active on shared devices.
You can restrict cookies or clear website data in your browser settings. After doing so, you may need to log in again and choose your preferences. This removes storage from the current device only; it does not automatically delete your account or orders from the service.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment channel or network, and each third party processes the information needed to complete the transaction according to its own rules. VPNPen uses order references and payment results to reconcile transactions; do not submit payment account passwords or private keys in support tickets.
Data is used or disclosed only as necessary to provide the service, process payments, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. After you go to a third-party page, that party's policies govern how it handles your data.
Retention and Data Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are kept for the period necessary for settlement, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and website statistics are deleted or de-identified once their purposes have been fulfilled. Retention periods vary by data type; this policy does not promise one fixed retention period.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. VPNPen will verify account ownership and explain what can be processed. Deletion may affect login and subscription management. Transaction records that must be retained by law will be restricted to the relevant purpose.
Policy Updates and Feedback
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the update month at the top will be revised. Important changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If you have questions about privacy practices, submit a support ticket through the panel and describe the data category and your specific request. There is no need to resubmit sensitive credentials.
